July 4th Pancake Breakfast Lancaster CA Cemetery
July 4 pancakes at the historic 1896 lancaster cemetery. This was the 8th annual event , a crowd came out to hear patriotic songs and speeches. Jin Hur of Crazy Ottos did the cooking. Chris Spicher of AVNice captured the very nice small town event . So many wonderful people were there, the living, and of course another 7000, who we will never forget. American flags flew, patriotic speeches were given and children played. Jin Hur owner of Crazy Ottos restaurant did the chef duties. The cemetery is a historic place, burials began there in 1896. The "old" place is where Community happens, its not really about the pancakes, although they were delicious.
Dayle DeBry shared "Great morning at the 4th of July pancake breakfast at Lancaster Cemetery! We had a nice crowd with plenty of community support. Thanks to our veterans and their families for attending; our volunteers and Jin Hur and sons from Crazy Ottos, Rosemary Mann from Camille's and Maria Elena Grado from Lemon Leaf Café! Happy 4th!"
